Description
The HI-2000 E4 Advance is a motorised ICU bed with ABS head and foot panels and four ABS side rails. Backrest, knee rest, Trendelenburg, reverse Trendelenburg and height (Hi-Lo) positions are set from a hand remote through electric actuators. The four-section perforated CRCA sheet top, telescopic IV rod with four mounting points and 125 mm castors (two with brakes) make it a complete ICU bed. Finish: pretreated, epoxy powder coated. Size: 216 L x 108 W x 65 to 85 H cm. Mattress optional.
How to choose a hospital bed: manual beds are adjusted with crank handles and suit general wards and budget-sensitive set-ups. Motorised (electric) beds are adjusted from a hand remote and suit ICUs, HDUs and private rooms where patients are repositioned often. Two-function beds usually adjust the backrest and knee rest; three- and five-function beds add height adjustment and Trendelenburg tilt. Side rails, castors with brakes, an IV rod and a matching mattress complete the bed.
