4. Transit Damage or Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or incorrect:

  • Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product, outer box, inner packaging, and shipping label
  • Do not use or install the product

Upon verification, Medasus Healthcare will arrange for:
