These terms apply to purchases and quotations from Medasus Healthcare Pvt Ltd (“Medasus”, “we”, “us”) through medicalequipment.medasus.com. By placing an order or accepting a quotation, you agree to them.

2. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe products accurately using manufacturer information. Photos may be representative, and specifications or packaging may change when the manufacturer updates a model. Please check the specification with us before ordering if a detail is important to you.
3. Prices and GST
Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown before GST unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown on the tax invoice. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed at checkout or in your accepted quotation applies to your order.
4. Online orders and quotations
Products priced below ₹25,000 can be ordered and paid for online at checkout. Products priced at ₹25,000 or more, and products shown as “Price on request”, are supplied against a written quotation so that we can confirm the model, configuration, delivery, installation and warranty. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, and an order is confirmed when we accept your purchase order or payment.
5. Payment
Online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway. For quotation orders, payment terms are stated in the quotation. We do not store your card details.
6. Delivery
We deliver across India. Delivery times and charges depend on the product and location and are explained in our Shipping Policy or confirmed in your quotation. Please check the package on delivery and report any visible damage at once.
7. Installation, training and warranty
Installation and user training are provided for equipment that needs them, as stated on the product page or in the quotation. Warranty is as per the manufacturer’s terms and is shown on the invoice or quotation. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, power fluctuations or use of non-recommended accessories and consumables.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Return, Refund and Replacement Policy.
9. Use of medical equipment
Medical devices must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions, by or under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals where required, and in line with applicable laws and licensing (for example AERB rules for X-ray equipment and PCPNDT rules for ultrasound machines). Information on this website is for product selection and is not medical advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Trademarks
Brand names and logos shown on this website belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we supply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
