Description
A five-function motorised fowler bed with ABS panels and a hand remote, for ICUs, HDUs and private rooms. Positions are changed electrically from the remote, which makes frequent repositioning easier for nursing staff.
How to choose a hospital bed: manual beds are adjusted with crank handles and suit general wards and budget-sensitive set-ups. Motorised (electric) beds are adjusted from a hand remote and suit ICUs, HDUs and private rooms where patients are repositioned often. Two-function beds usually adjust the backrest and knee rest; three- and five-function beds add height adjustment and Trendelenburg tilt. Side rails, castors with brakes, an IV rod and a matching mattress complete the bed.
