Description
An enteral nutrition pump from Fresenius Kabi for accurate delivery of tube feeds in hospitals and home care.
Syringe pumps deliver small, precise volumes from a syringe and are used for inotropes, sedation, insulin and paediatric infusions. Volumetric (infusion) pumps deliver larger volumes from an IV bag through a pump set. Enteral pumps deliver tube feeds. Accuracy, alarms (occlusion, air-in-line, near-empty), battery backup and drug libraries are the main points to compare.

Frequently asked questions
Syringe pump or volumetric pump?
Use a syringe pump for small, precise doses and a volumetric pump for larger fluid volumes from an IV bag. Most ICUs need both.
Which syringes and sets work with the pump?
Syringe pumps accept the syringe sizes and brands listed by the manufacturer, and some volumetric pumps need dedicated sets. Check with us before ordering.
